Attention Trak Pro Users:

SAP has released an important update to the Crystal Report product that requires your immediate action.

Trak Pro versions 3.0.2.18 and higher will no longer work with the older Crystal Report Engine components, and you MUST install the update issued from SAP/Crystal Reports.  We regret any inconvenience and/or frustration, however, the report engine is a third party component, and sometimes we are at the mercy of what other companies choose to do with their product releases.

Click on the graphic above and download the file called:

CRRuntime32bit130.msi

Save it in any convenient location.  Then double click on the file to launch the setup for the new Crystal Reports components.  After installing this update, your Trak Pro Crystal Reports should function as before.
